Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations after hotels, tours, transportation & flights have been finalized, will incur a 10% service charge on amount paid per booking. 

Late Booking
  • $150 fee (per trip) for trips booked within 30 days of departure date. 
  • $50 fee (per trip) for hotels requested within 7 days of departure date.
Additions to Trip
  • $150 per week for each person beyond a total of four (4) travelers (Tailormade Trips).
  • $100 per week for each person beyond a total of four (4) travelers (Cruises).
  • Group bookings will be discussed on an individual basis.
  • Bookings beyond 14+ nights will be discussed on an individual basis.
