Changes & Cancellations
  • Changes or cancellations after hotels, tours, transportation & flights have been finalized & booked, will incur a 10% service charge on amount paid per booking.  
  • Changes or cancellations during the trip will incur $50 fee per change (fee is not accessed for issues that require travel advisor to adjust itinerary). 
Last Minute Bookings
  • $150 fee (per trip) for trips booked within 30 days of departure date. 
  • $50 fee (per trip) for hotels requested within 7 days of desired check-in date.
Can I Add More Persons to My Trip?
  • $150 per week for each person beyond a total of four (4) travelers (Tailormade Trips).
  • $100 per week for each person beyond a total of four (4) travelers (Cruises).
  • Group bookings will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Bookings beyond 14+ nights will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
